As general contractor, Van Every Construction supervised major capital improvements to two vintage 3-story, tenant occupied units.

Managing several subcontractors, our company directed seismic retrofitting, foundation repairs, complete electrical rewiring, drainage, rot repair, waterproofing, and structural framing, ensuring all work complied with up-to-date construction code.

Van Every Construction completed the project safely, without damage to tenant property, more than quintupling the market value of the two buildings.

Attention to Detail

An owner is on the job site daily for progress reviews, problem solving when needed, and clear and timely communications with prime and/or sub contractors.  Customer satisfaction is our first priority.

Comprehensive Planning Process

From blue print to build out, an owner and our construction supervisor are engaged in the project.  We visit every site prior to bid to conceptualize stages of mobilization and assess for safety issues.  Our assessment process is ongoing and involves every employee on site, allowing us to anticipate needs and potential roadblocks.

Safety First

Our employees are trained to check and correct for safety issues every day throughout the day.  Regular “tailgate meetings” serve to review job specific safety issues as well as general safety reminders. Due to our diligence and commitment to safety, Van Every Construction maintains an outstanding, 35-year record of safety.
