2 story renter occupied duplex. Scope of work included a complete earthquake retrofit including anchor bolting, hold downs and sheer paneling; replacement of all window units to insulated glass, and structural improvements to the wood frame.

The final phase of project was re-siding the entire building. First floor siding was a cementatious (light weight concrete lap siding). Second floor was wood shingles with decorative patterns incorporated into the shingling.

Attention to Detail

An owner is on the job site daily for progress reviews, problem solving when needed, and clear and timely communications with prime and/or sub contractors.  Customer satisfaction is our first priority.

Comprehensive Planning Process

From blue print to build out, an owner and our construction supervisor are engaged in the project.  We visit every site prior to bid to conceptualize stages of mobilization and assess for safety issues.  Our assessment process is ongoing and involves every employee on site, allowing us to anticipate needs and potential roadblocks.

Safety First

Our employees are trained to check and correct for safety issues every day throughout the day.  Regular “tailgate meetings” serve to review job specific safety issues as well as general safety reminders.
