VEC provided and installed:
• Approximately 18 linear ft. of footing and stem wall as shown.
• 233 sq. ft. of concrete walk way as shown with an option for color.
Montgomery
VEC was hired to remove and replace entire foundation of a 1914 residence. Foundation replacement also included raising the house 2 additional feet to provide a full first floor with an 8 ft ceiling.
Lam Court
Scope of work includes excavation, formwork, and concrete with drainage provisions to the street curb. The concrete will be finished to accept tile and stucco overlay. Also included is the sidewalk encroachment for the drain line to the city gutter / curb, as well as removing and replacing the driveway.
