VEC provided and installed:

• Approximately 18 linear ft. of footing and stem wall as shown.

• 233 sq. ft. of concrete walk way as shown with an option for color.

• Steps and porch landing as shown with option for color.

This proposal includes excavation, reinforcement, forming and concrete plus pumping service. Also included are required anchor bolts and post bases. The finish is called out as broom finish, including the planter and porch wall detail.
